Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in real-time.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and maximize campaign performance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Resident of El Paso, Texas preferred.
