Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) accurately and in real-time.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is required.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet specific performance targets.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced setting.
