Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads and build relationships with key decision-makers in assigned territories
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements to meet/exceed targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data for performance tracking
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
