- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Document all interactions and sales data accurately in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work 25-30 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 9am-2pm)
