Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Present product solutions to potential clients with compelling pitches
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through strategic follow-ups
- Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Attend weekly sales training and performance review sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be available for weekday evenings (4-8pm)
