Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound sales calls to qualify leads and close deals
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs assessment
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside/outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license (occasional client meetings)
