Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the Fort Worth and surrounding Texas areas.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to demonstrate product value and meet client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or account management.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
