As a local sales representative, you will be the face of our brand in the community, helping homeowners with our top-tier home services. We are currently expanding our operations, with future opportunities for leadership roles and relocation to Texas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person consultations to generate new business leads.
- Visit potential clients in the Greater Philadelphia area to present service demonstrations and close deals.
- Manage a high volume of leads and schedule appointments for the weekend sales team.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects immediately.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to travel within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
