Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the Detroit and Ohio territories.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Travel locally within the assigned region to cover territory and meet clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Document sales activities and report progress using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or customer service.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Residence within the Detroit, MI area preferred.
