Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or customer service (entry-level management training available).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the local territory.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
