Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify, research, and engage with high-value prospects through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Presentation & Demo: Deliver compelling product presentations and live demos to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the complex sales cycle, handle objections, and secure contracts that drive revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to ensure retention and expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the product team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
