Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn high commissions.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
