Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the Phoenix and Florida markets.
- Conduct professional face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer data, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
