Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and visits to prospective clients in the San Diego area.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present products and services to customers, addressing objections and highlighting key value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
