Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outbound sales strategy targeting local businesses and clients in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to identify their specific needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products and services, effectively articulating the unique value proposition to overcome objections.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Accurately record all sales activities, interactions, and customer data in the CRM system to maintain a clean sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses and career advancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a hunger for financial success and a competitive drive.
- Willingness and availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within the Philadelphia region.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
