Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients during evening/night hours across Jacksonville metro
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and document sales activities
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations at client locations
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work 6 PM - 2 AM (Sunday-Thursday) with weekend flexibility
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and self-manage schedule
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS solutions preferred
