Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads in the Nashville and North Carolina markets.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails daily.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telesales preferred.
- Strong, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial success and commission-based income.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend availability.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
