Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the Indianapolis area through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present company products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve sales strategies.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in outside sales or a strong desire to start a sales career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn uncapped commissions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Indianapolis region for client meetings.
