Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective customers.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Drive: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
