Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships in assigned territory (FL/VA)
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
