As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, meeting with potential clients and closing deals that matter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development (minimum 2 years experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage a heavy sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
