Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the California region.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline from discovery to close using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and target high-net-worth accounts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and adjust to a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
