Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct in-person client meetings and product demonstrations throughout North Carolina
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts using CRM systems
- Attend weekend shift workdays (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base through networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with measurable achievements
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday) with core business hours flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
