Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM) across Chicago metro area
- Develop customized sales presentations for B2B clients in technology and manufacturing sectors
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 30+ client appointments weekly
- Leverage CRM system to track leads and maintain accurate sales pipeline
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify untapped revenue opportunities
- Represent company at industry night events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability to work 5 nights/week (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for territory coverage
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based negotiations
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex B2B solutions
