Responsibilities
- Execute face-to-face sales meetings during overnight hours (8 PM - 4 AM EST) across Boston metro area
- Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients in healthcare, tech, and financial sectors
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Maintain CRM with 100% accuracy of client interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Participate in bi-weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches
- Represent company at exclusive industry networking events during evening hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of uncapped commission structures ($100K+ annual earnings)
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365
