Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of 120%+ quota achievement in previous roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal software
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in consultative selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger)
- Ability to travel 4 days weekly across Arizona metropolitan areas
