Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the Fort Worth area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling points.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
