Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships across B2B sectors
- Present product demonstrations and customize solutions to prospect needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel throughout El Paso metro area (80% field time)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (highly desirable)
