Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with B2B clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for assigned territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Utilize CRM system to track leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Collaborate with day team for seamless handoff and market insights
- Present compelling product demonstrations at client sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record with uncapped commission structures
- Exceptional closing skills and negotiation expertise
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
