Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities within the Houston metropolitan area.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track activity, update pipeline status, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead lists and optimize sales strategies.
- Attend nightly team huddles to review goals and celebrate wins.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
