Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across Texas
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives in target industries
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Lead complex contract negotiations and close multi-million dollar deals
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process optimization
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network of contacts within Texas' B2B landscape
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% within Texas and occasional national trips
