Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Drive sales through product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock and merchandise displays during low-traffic periods
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with night team to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain store security and safety protocols overnight
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Flexible availability for night shifts (PM - AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Philadelphia PA residency required (local candidates only)
- Valid PA driver's license (for inventory transport)
