Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, handle returns, and process payments efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience during evening hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, price changes, and inventory checks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support the night shift management team and communicate effectively with morning staff to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn POS systems quickly.
