Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to maximize sales and meet daily/weekly revenue targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional in-store experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive brand image.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve store goals and support promotional events.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and product needs to store management to help improve service and inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic Math: Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
