Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to drive conversion and loyalty
- Meet/exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in after-hours inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Train on new product launches and sales strategies to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 5 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new merchandise categories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional vendor meetings)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
