Responsibilities

- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in pristine condition, ensuring high visual standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
