Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately and address their needs with a smile.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with speed and accuracy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support promotional events and seasonal sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
