Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with the night management team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling and POS systems.
