Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor throughout the night.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits and replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the management team.
- Cash handling and accurate daily reporting of sales figures.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
