Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sales calls and consultations with prospective clients in the New York market.
- Identify and qualify leads, demonstrating products or services with precision and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handovers of active leads.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections professionally to drive conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in the NYC area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
