Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, providing product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by actively promoting products, handling transactions accurately, and up-selling when appropriate.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor in compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform basic inventory counts, and restock merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in the presentation of merchandise and adherence to visual standards during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
