Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets and upselling premium products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments securely
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and customer flow
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in customer engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
