Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and speed to minimize wait times.
- Merchandise Presentation: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are accessible and attractively displayed.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed product information to drive sales and build loyalty.
- Operational Support: Assist in closing procedures, including counting drawers, reconciling daily reports, and preparing the store for the next morning shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a track record of dependability.
