Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and rapid problem resolution.
- Process Complex Transactions: Accurately manage sales orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM systems while adhering to company protocols.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet and exceed nightly sales targets.
- Operational Continuity: Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless handovers.
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with key accounts by providing exceptional service during night operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a pristine work environment and strictly adhere to all safety and operational compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (CRM experience preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
