Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential clients via video conferencing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and improve campaign conversion rates.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a commission-based environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
