Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management tasks
- Operate POS systems and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure store readiness for next-day operations
- Uphold safety protocols and loss prevention standards during closing procedures
- Participate in nightly store audits and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customer demographics
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- NYC retail security guard license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic inventory management and visual merchandising knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
