Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements, ensuring you meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving any issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Merchandising: Execute merchandising plans and inventory checks to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels for the weekend rush.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate sales efforts and ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred; retail experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
