- Manage cash register operations, transactions, and daily reconciliation
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during night shift
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in product training and sales strategy meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in previous roles
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
