Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment for overnight operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in a 24/7 retail environment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work nights (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
