Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, including product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Execute efficient cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliation procedures
- Manage inventory operations including restocking, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Maintain store visual standards through merchandising, floor sets, and fixture maintenance
- Support loss prevention protocols through vigilant monitoring and security awareness
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Process shipments, organize stockroom, and ensure inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to thrive in overnight/shift work environments
- Strong cash handling and POS proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
